I can't find the candy I am looking for.

Freeze drying candy has been an exciting adventure for our family.  We have had many candy successes and many candy failures.  Some candy is more popular than others.  Honestly, there are so many candies out there to try even we are overwhelmed.  If there is a specific candy that you would like to purchase but we don't have it listed, just send us an email.  It's that simple, we will respond as quickly as we can and let you know.  If for example you saw something on TikTok or YouTube that you want us to make; send us a message and we can take it from there.

Where is local pickup?

Yetti Yums is based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  Our physical store is located downtown at 110 Algoma Blvd. When you place your order you can let us know if you want to pick up at the store, or outside of our Oshkosh home.  We offer the option to pick up at our home because the shop has limited hours during the week.  After you place an order, you will receive and email confirming your order is ready, that email will include our address and directions for picking up your freeze dried treats. We have a "pick up box" next to our front porch for contactless pickup..

How long will my order take?

Please keep in mind, that we are small family run business and we do our best to get you the best product in the shortest amount of time.  Sometimes we have the candy in stock and sometimes we will have to run our to the commercial kitchen and make a fresh batch of crunchy goodness.  Generally speaking you can expect your order to be ready for pickup in 1-3 days.  We will be sure to let you know if we will not be able to fullfil your order in that time frame.
